• Checking account working balance 2,268.07 (less amounts just written)
• RSO balance $1,070.83.
• $200 still in First Financial until after Maidens (deposit) 
• Oswyn &  Geneviève will meet re Exchequerie and event report. Sign ins, waivers scanned

• Nothing to report marshal-wise. 
• A&S - Elisabetha
• There is no A&S nights scheduled for the month of December due to holidays, but we can change that if there is interest.
• Volunteers for this month's Sewing Night? Who wants to host?

• Gothic Dress/Cotehardie Saturday--on the back burner with Maidens/RSO stuff going on
• We hosted RUM and it was very cool
• Anne posted a nifty link on Facebook for a SCIENCE challenge because science is a really cool part of arts and SCIENCE! The challenge is to be judged at 12th Night in January. If I wasn't feast-o-crat, I would be all over this. (Oswyn will play, potentially Hrefna)
• Pursuivant - Hrefna
• Heraldry night  - not much happening, scheduling consults
• Hrefna issues a heraldic sewing challenge - sew something and put a picture up on FB, winner will receive small prize
• Chatelaine - Lynette 
• Lots of local people came to RUM (woot!) Lots of local people also came to the glass workshop the Sunday after RUM and there's interest from teachers, Makerspace, and attendees in doing another after Maidens (woot!) There's probably more but I can't multitask it while talking
• Webminister - Beatrice would appreciate a replacement

• (Geneviève) Concern over gate with 2 sites, potentially not everyone trolled in (those largely at church) Portable troll at 2d site if occurs again, herald reminding people sporadically. (Please sign our waiver!)

• Illuminated invitations to TRH sent, official e-mail received from TRH verifying attendance
• Ro/Oswyn to kick into gear after Xmas
• Hrefna will re-contact those who wish to teach
• Marketa to contact Aaron Kielbasa (Union) this week for catering
