Present: Markéta, Geneviève, Elisabetha, Hrefna, Sofya, Oswyn, James, Aleator

Bank accounts transferred save for McKinley deposit. Attended Exchequer classes at Aethel. Event reports need to be populated first with budget forms. Will post event forms online. New forms for gate, recommended that troll volunteers have training by Head Troll. Every One, paid or not, even babes, Must be on gate form. Will meet w/ Oswyn to work on 3Q reporting. Yeahhh, Deputies! $200 in First Financial. Everything else in Marine Bank (including Book money!). Genevieve spent Exchequer allowance for nice [business!] checks. Aleator paid for mats. $2,734.54 balance.

Heraldry night; Hrefna's OP corrected, Aleator existed 2x. Yeah Patrona, working on backlog. Report turned in on Time!

We have some interest from new folks - Deeksha is signed up for the sewing night, James the Needlethreader came to Fields, and several folks at the Makerspace brewing workshop expressed interest. Also, a friend moving to St. Louis was curious about some work at the Makerspace and Markéta and I pointed her toward Three Rivers since she'll be in Missouri.
On Oct. 18 (same weekend as Crown unfortunately) Markéta and I will be at the Heartland Maker Faire at Lincoln Square Mall trying to lure people in with old-school maker-ing.
RUM sounds like a fantastic lure for people with a crafty bent - are there any materials suitable for turning into posters and putting around town? Also, a writeup for Smile Politely wouldn't be amiss - and I wonder if we could get News Gazette or Daily Illini interest with a press release? *Dena has been requested to write said blurb for Smile Politely if at all possible. Check with Aleator for News Gazette reporter contact.

Oswyn - Pub idea will be taking more shape. Eastland Suites Illini Room (byo) may work, looking March-ish.

Hrefna has put in parking requests 5 circle, 2 lot spots (Royalty?). Liz will be talking to church (St. John the Divine) re parking, especially for teachers there. James can help with posting @ Fab LAb.

Liz/Elisabetha is putting a bid in for feast--needs to know how to write a bid! Hrefna will sit with her at some point.
Liz will keep Marketa apprised for Roses stuff.
