      • bunch of reports went in last month for various offices
      • except Chatelaine and Chirurgeon, oh well
      • starting work on Domesday, so she needs us to tell her what we've done this year
    • Exchequer 
      • we have money, and questions!
      • Genevieve has been to the bank and signed forms to be a signatory.
      • Roana has it on her agenda
      • the bank has not been mailing statements to Amanda. Boo!
      • About $2,400-ish for our main account, and $1,056 in the RSO account
    • Marshal
      • still doing practices and people say they're going to show. 
      • Assuming we won't have many students for a while, but Arioch has been coming back lately, possibly going to Maidens too -- meaning that we could have more reliable practices even when Aleator's out of town, maybe starting in the spring
      • not meeting at the stock pavilion this winter; going to mahomet instead
      • ALEATOR WILL UPDATE THE MEETINGS AT A GLANCE PAGE WITH THE NEW WINTER PRACTICE INFO. Pester him after a week if it still isn't done.

      • New A&S Challenge: Make something for the shire's Largesse gift to TRM at Maidens
        • for their likes and dislikes, go to midrealm.org and look up the royalty info
        • roana would like to have people's gifts in hand a week before Maidens if possible; send her an email to let her know what you're making. she is our Royalty Liason for the event.
      • Stitch-n-Bitch / Garb-making Party at Hrefna's Dec. 16, anytime after 2pm.  Potluck or pizza. 501 W. High St., Urbana (door is on McCullough, around the corner) 4 blocks from Lincoln Square Mall

    • Random aside: Tomaris just received a piece of oak to make a stave. Doesn't know how to do it, but wants to know if anyone wants to collaborate. Eadric is the fellow to help, as he has books on the topic and would know how to turn it into a bow. In theory. He would be thrilled, Roana says.

    • Roana wants to have a silent auction in the merchant area to support Bryan Neverly's family. Kate is going to see if she can work in the room for a couple tables. Also taking donations to help auction off.
    • SOFYA NEEDS TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH JENNIFER TO ARRANGE TABLES AND CHAIRS 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.
