      • Aleator stepping back into this office
      • Practices Mondays and some late Sunday mornings
      • moving to indoor site soon for Monday evenings, probably back in the Stock Pavilion if it's available
    • Seneschal -
      • Aleator stepping down, Roana stepping up on an "interim" basis -- as soon as we have a change of officer form for them to fill out
      • Nigel willing to act as Roana's deputy seneschal. Will take a look at the meeting minutes and think about taking them next month, no pressure or anything. :-D

      • Spring regional A&S March 2. It's time to think about making something and showing it to people with documentation! (Research papers due Dec. 31)
      • Roana - willing to teach a bookbinding class!
        • will teach 4 different stitches that can be used to bind pages together

        • Sofya needs to reserve another meeting for the 5th Thursday in November

      • Sofya needs to be reimbursed for the Bluehost bill that was charged to her credit card. The amount is on a printout given at the last business meeting, that didn't make it to this meeting to record the amount and write a check. 
        The shire has agreed that it's ok to reimburse Sofya. Huzzah!!

      • Has already talked to the kingdom webminister, working on reading the handbook. Apparently we have things that need to be changed on our website for it to be SCA-"legal", will look into what needs to be done.
