  • Officer reports
    • Web Minister-  No new news.
    • Archery Marshal- Mohomet Transportation may be difficult.  Anyone into archery can shoot for Royal rounds-kindom round competion. Can be done anywhere where the Marshal is and will send in the info. also a kids version. and speed round. 3 scores submitted for average. 3 stands have been made for targets. Push to get more people to shoot at war. stands are not an issue. 
    • Ex  checker- Replacement. Emma's leaving. Statement is made. early all of her SCA stuff is being given away. Amanda is taking over as Ex Checker- Problem is getting her to business meetings. Shes treasurer for other group as well.
    • Dance Mistress- Tuesdays are good at the Union for Amanda.
    • MAOS- She's preggo!! Music guild- Working on Library Demo. People have been brewing like crazy... At home. Haven't had cooking guild in A LONG TIME. 
    • Official un-officer- What? Huh?
    • A&S- Tomaras- went to Kingdom + got a one. Kendrick- Went to kingdom and got a one. Sofya- Pentathlon- Went to kingdom and got some good scores, nearly got 3 first places. Please fill out survey if you went to A&S  !!!! Over 100 entries-over 85 showed up.
    • Seneschal- Two people moving to Wurm Wald moved in from a long way away. Fighter Practice Saturday at 10. The new peeps will be there Saturday. Needs to be done between 11:30 + 12. Library Demo is at the Matoon Library at 12:45 Saturday, June 11th. Table loom for kids at the Demo. No AC at the Library. Demo will be in basement "Largish" it's cooler in there. Roana's bringing A&S stuff. She will not be at the Demo. Champaign Library Demo July 9th. Don't have exact time yet. We need a head count ASAP.  There should be hands on stuff for the chillans and stuff for the adults there as well. Lady from Illinois Ren Fair wants us but hasn't been able to reach us? She had been calling about every 2 weeks. Pavilion is wanted. They feed us breakfast&Dinner, sometimes there's a party Saturday night (WHOOT!) No one has sent in a Quad Day Application, so we may skip it this year. Project day June 25th is planned-At Roana's house. yet. Tomaris is moving and there is need of strong backs and such. 3 Long timers leaving :( 
  • Old Business
    • Maidens AAR w/ final financial picture.
    • Fall Crown bid - Joint Venture - Possible Venue change. May look at EIU in Charleston. October 15th & 16th. Holiday weekend, most students will be gone. Not going to find as many parking issues as in the U of I. Both weekends (Before and After) are booked with events. Crown tourney has been held there before.
    • List poles most cut out, need to be put together.
    • Rubber mats for combat need a new home.
