• last month's A&S was a baby shower for the MoAS.
• nothing exciting...working on stuff for music guild for the library thing in July.
• Class scheduled for May - Roana will be teaching on the golden ratio in illumination May 26, 4th thursday. It's a practice run for her before she teaches it at Pennsic, so be nice! Then dance after the first hour
• Tomaris is working on stuff to send to kingdom a&s; so are Ro and Sof
• Emma started a cloved orange mead for next year's A&S faire.
• Archery -
• thomas is getting ready to step down and hand it over to Eadric next month.
• getting general populace ready for Pennsic, shooting
• wants to look at making archery butts and faces for our shire shoots. 2 tripods for cheap, but target faces will be about $150/face. Thomas might get 2-3 foam faces for about $60 if he's lucky, but not sure how long they would last. A 10x10 is about $200.
• Kendrick might be able to donate some berber carpet to the cause.
• all up, about $100-120 for new targets. Motion carried and passes, yay! may take a couple paychecks before the purchase is made.
• loaner gear is fine.

• still working on a way to submit alerts to the calendar. can create a fake email address and subscribe, then forward to the google group.
• hoping to have more time to work on it after finals.
• deputy - will work on moving stuff from the yahoo calendar to google calendar.
• Exchequer -
• need to pay parking bill from maidens. Bill is at Ro's house; will send in check and tell Emma how much the check is for.
• Report is ready to go; got seneschal signatures. Roana would like a digital copy to go with the hard copy.
• Next statement has been received; checkbook balanced

• Officially her legal name is Mary-Ann Isenholt now. Let it be known! No more Williams!
• A lot of calls for volunteers have come in. If you're going to an event nearby, PLEASE consider offering a few minutes to help someone else. it will help encourage other people to feel like volunteering to help us when we hold an event and need people, too.
• A lot of summer events coming up! If you're interested in going to a camping event and don't have a tent, ASK! We have lots of folks who have tents who would be happy to oblige.
• June 11 demo at Mattoon public library at 1pm. NEED Volunteers!!! Also one at Charleston library, might try to do that later on the same day. Roana and clan...possibly Elspeth, Tomaris, have expressed that they might be able to help with this.
• Old Business
• Maidens financial report: Emma not sure what happened; may have it on her thumb drive.
• Roana will pay checks at the Union tomorrow.
• We lost $272.79 (preliminary figure) at Maidens 2011.
• Fall Crown:
• Aleator would like help finishing the list poles. A lot of work still needs to be done; any help is appreciated. Fighter practices Saturday mornings would be a good time to help with this. We can help give people rides if you need a ride to Mahomet.
• We have enough pieces (unfinished) for the demo by July 9. We'll need even more finished in time for Fall Crown.
• Another joint meeting June 11, maybe go out for dinner together after the demo since we'll have St. Carol and Wurm Wald people together in the same time and place. To happen sometime in Charleston/Mattoon area. Maybe another meeting later in the summer closer to Chambana. 
• Champaign Library Demo: July 9 2-4:00

• looking into whether we can bring closed alcohol to show existence of mead, brewing instruments

• Dena has boku bottles to give away to any brewers who want them.
• Thomas may be leaving at end of summer; Elspeth is leaving at the end of summer. We may have a slow summer in Wurm Wald.
• Sometime in the next week or two there may be an operational smithy in the shire! Whoot!!
• Sewing Party at Roana's! Good time to learn basic garb sewing. T-tunics, fencing garb, etc. Let's get stuff going before Pennsic! TBA Also a good time for a fabric swap. May 17! 6:30-9:30!
• Events
• Crown Tourney is Memorial Day weekend. As for other events...we have a whole calendar for this on our Rideshare board.
