A&S Nights
A&S Nights are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. at the Illini Union. They are often combined with dance practices. Have you ever learned how to illuminate a manuscript while dancing the Karabushka?
These nights often take the form of an informal class or learning group on a specific topic. They give us an opportunity to get together to share what we're working on, help each other with projects (like garb-sewing), and/or learn something that can't be taught in a classroom (like paper-making or glass-blowing!). Occasionally we may meet off-campus in someone's home for activities that need special equipment or are too messy for the Illini Union.

Someone mentioned a suggestion for an A&S night topic; I think it was on Saturday. Unfortunately I can't remember who or what, but it sounded like a great idea at the time. If no one else remembers this great idea (help?) we could aim for something that would come in handy for the May Day party that will take place 2 days afterward.
