Caer Gwyn meeting September 8, 2019

16 people

There was some confusion and frustration about meeting times for moots, as this moot the meeting time was scheduled to take place while archery and rapier were still practicing. After some discussion, we decided we would try a different routine for moots.  1:30 pm gathering, 2 pm business meeting, 3-5 practice and activities, 5:30 dinner.  We will try this for a couple of moots and revisit.

Marshalate – Genevieve has been submitted as the next Regional Marshal, which is a great honor to her but that means we would need a new Archery and Group Marshal, please let us know if you are interested.
