We met in the Federal Room (in the basement). The electric kiosk gave everyone the Blue Screen of Death, however, so getting the populace together took a little more effort than usual. Regardless, now we are here, and ready to "meet" properly! But on that note, we need to get everyone on the same page about the meeting start time...

• We still don't have an official autocrat lined up for Maidens, since we asked those people to put in a formal bid.
• We still have a lot of leftover chicken from Crown Tourney that didn't get used up at Maidens, that's been taking up space in Katerina's freezer. They just moved last weekend, so the chicken was given to Their Royal Majesties for Their Royal Barbecue coming up next weekend.
• If anyone wants to throw a party for the shire, feel free to let the group know and we will move the Maidens chicken -- which is still at Aleator's -- to you.
• Everyone is invited to Aleator's Saturday evening for a backyard bonfire...especially if you will eat chicken.

• Our bank has now transferred to First Financial (was Marine bank). We still need to have new official people sign cards. Aleator can find it at 1205 S. Neil and ask for Kyla Popwell to be added as a signatory. We may need to have Amanda and Sofya go along so they don't think we're embezzling.
• We also have a form to have the Kingdom Exch. added as a signatory, since we haven't gotten the regional to follow through on that.
• Statement from Maidens that Roana handed over at the last meeting has finally made its way to Amanda for a check to be written.

• Genevieve is willing to be the deputy exchequer because numbers do not frighten her, nor is she afraid of Excel spreadsheets.

• Combat practices going on Thursday evenings after folks meet at 5:30 for dinner; fighting at 6:00 on the quad outside the Illini Union
• Archery: when we have an enthusiastic archery marshall, there is a place to shoot in Urbana. Otherwise, it's Aleator's backyard in Mahomet. Let him know if you want to go over and shoot things without spending money.

• Heraldry Night - Durio and Tomaris sat and stared at each other, then made plans for Pursuivant's office.

• When do shire meetings begin nowadays?  7:00 until the weather gets cold. Then 7:30 would give the fighters more time to move from one place to another.
