- Champaign Public Library Demo

- Ro's big push as seneschal: MEMBERSHIP DRIVE!!!! #1 Priority
- Wants to keep us from getting stagnant. Variety is good! Get the word out!
- encourage new folks; encourage older members who might need to know that we're not that scary anymore
- Emma: wants to have a presence at the Boneyard arts festival in summer, Taste of Champaign, other community festivals and farmers' markets
- Kenneth: try to get in with IL Renaissance festivals; willing to put up crash space in Danville
- Ursul also has ideas; waiting to step up as Chatelaine to take action: put up flyers in community billboards
- Dena: free comic books day in spring
- Tomaris: remind former members that we are now active and cool again; maybe organize a shire party / May Day and let them know about it
- Events beyond our borders
- I-80 is like Hadrian's Wall in Midlands; to make a more cohesive SCA region we need to travel beyond our little niche
- traveling to other groups for events helps each of us grow as individuals and in the SCA: you get to know really great people, learn things you might not have otherwise
- volunteer at other events, too! it's great for meeting people; give you something to talk about; also inspires other people to be willing to help us
- in short: scratch other people's backs more often so they might scratch ours when we need it
- Maidens 2012:
- Aleator was thinking about putting in a bid to autocrat; has until February to present it before we vote
- Kenneth willing to be a deputy
- Illini Union already reserved for Jan. 28
- Eadric's bid handed out for review
