Brew Day Part 3 is at 1 pm Sunday November 17 at Roana's house.

Roana's description:
It's time! We get to bottle all of those yeasty-smelling, delicious-tasting
brews that we made four weeks ago! Bring your bottles, something to
carry them home in (remember, they'll be full and heavy!), and your good
humor.
I will be brewing a Holiday Ale for those interested. This will be a Scotch Ale
kit with a number of spices and other flavors added. So, if you're interested
in seeing how to "alter" a kit, this would be a great time to see how it's done.
Again, for those who were unable to come to either of the first two Brew
Days, this is a great opportunity for you to bring your recipes, ingredients,
and sense of adventure to brew your own stuff. I'll show you how to rack
your brews on your own, and you'll get to see how the bottling works, too.
This will be the last Brew Day that I host this year, but I will be doing another
three-part brewing session in the Spring. As always, I am available for questions,
concerns, or taste-testing whenever you need. :)
