The incipient beverages:
- 4 liters lemon ginger ale (non-alcoholic)
- 1/2 gallon lemon ginger vodka
- 1 gallon lemon drop vodka
- 2 pints lemon infused Tuscan vodka
- 2 gallons apple cider
- 1 gallon pear-ginger cider
- 1 pint spiced rum
- 1 gallon spiced cranberry mead
- 1 gallon anise mead
- 5 gallons Vienna lager
The equipment:
- Glass gallon jars ($4 at Friar Tuck, or free after consuming a gallon of a beverage that comes in glass gallons)
- Glass half-gallon jars (free if you drink Oberweis milk)
- Glass quart jars (the pear juice came in this)
- Corks that fit whatever jars and air locks you have
- Air locks (one per non-cordial beverage; $4 at Friar Tuck)
- Specialized yeasts:
- EC-1118 was the yeast we used for the apple cider, the mead, and the ginger ale.

- Primary ingredients
- Cider: 1 gallon fruit juice per finished gallon
- Mead: 3 to 5 lbs honey per finished gallon
- Cordials: Vodka, rum, brandy, or your preferred distilled spirit
- Lager: (lots of bags and syrups and stuff, get the box, but double check that your box has all the stuff.... or just make mead or cider instead :D)
- Flavorings:
- ALL THE LEMONS
- Fresh ginger
- Juniper berries
- Rosemary
- Basil
- Frozen cranberries
- Cinnamon sticks
- Cloves
- Nutmeg
- Other bits and bobs
- 1 capful bleach per 1 gallon water for sanitizing things
- Funnels
- Strainer-sieves
- Small bowls for proofing yeast in
- Cheesecloth (for the lager)
- Thermometer
- Multiple large stock pots (some for heating, others for cooling)
